Dementia and Capacity Evaluations

 

As a board certified Geropsychologist, Dr. Masuda offers cognitive assessment for diagnostic clarification and treatment planning purposes. Capacity evaluation is available and may include assessment of financial, medical decision making, or independent living capacities.

Fees: $205 per hour of service (typically between $1,640 and $3,000 to accommodate for testing, report writing and feedback)
